To save you the worry of ensuring your air conditioning is properly maintained we operate a customer database and contact you when the maintenance is due. This ensures that your equipment operates at its optimum level and that you comply with the relevant legal requirements of the FGas legislation. We also provide a rapid response should you experience any problem with your air conditioning and usually attend within 48 hours of your call, although for comms rooms we offer a same working day service.
Our staff are trained to the highest industry standard and regularly attend seminars and training courses, which ensure that they are always fully up to date with any new developments within the industry. All our engineers hold the City and Guilds 2079 safe handling of refrigerants qualification. We also believe in providing opportunities for young people and are proud to say that we have an apprenticeship programme that has resulted in a number of local youngsters gaining NVQ qualifications in both engineering and clerical skills, as well as full time employment with us and our sister company.
